Shako High Pressure 316 Stainless Steel FRLThe Shako USFRL series includes 316 Filters, Regulators, Lubricators and combination sets of Filter Regulator units and Filter Regulator Lubricator sets for high pressure 20 to 30 bar air pressure regulation, cleaning and lubrication with options for stand alone units and piggy back sets. Ports sizes include 1/4" Miniature SS series and 1/4" 3/8" 1/2" 3/4" and 1" standard US Series with options for BSP, NPT or Rc Threaded units. The whole range is totally manufactured from SUS316 stainless steel (Excepting the pressure gauge case which is 304 stainless steel) are are ideally suited for most off shore, petrochemical, semi conductor, food processing, chemical industry, corrosive and aggressive environment applications.
Innovative forward thinking cubic design offers a simplistic compact modular construction eliminating the need for adaptors and fittings between units offering potential debris and bacterial crevices and eliminates the need for adaptor plates and bracket leakage potential and alignment issues when assembling combination sets of filter regulators with lubricators.
The 20 Bar working high pressure capabilities of the miniature series and 30 bar working capabilities of the standard series from 1/4" to 1", High Flow 2080 to 26400 L/Min with 100% factory high pressure testing to 60 Bar offer total reliability. A wide range of readily available options for manual, semi or fully automatic drain, bowls with or without viewer, 5 or 40 micron SUS316 stainless elements and fast delivery times put the Shako 316 stainless steel FRL Range ahead of most rivals in terms of quality, performance and reliability.
