Multi Function Auto Control Valve.

The BF series One Body - More Functions fluid control multi function control valve series. The externally mounted function controller determines the function of the main cylindrical valve body. For instance by installing different external controllers the main valve body can be a BFR pilot operated pressure reducing valve, BFL pilot operated pressure relief valve, BFS pilot operated pressure sustaining valve, BFE pilot operated solenoid valve or a BFF pilot operated float valve with technical conversion of the main body or external pipework.

The main valve body becomes functional by the inlet guiding hole though the valve central guide stem, which transfers pressure to the pressure chamber. When enough pressure accumulates in this chamber, the generated pressure difference forces the piston to close against the valve seat and generates the closing motion. When opening the outlet pilot hole via the external circuit and controller, pressure in the pressure chamber dissipates downstream and the gate (piston) is pushed open by incoming media pressure and generates the opening position. 

Body Material: Cast Iron, Ductile Iron, Bronze, 304 or 316 stainless steel.

Temperature: -15°C to +80°C with options for steam to +200°C

Port Sizes: 11/2" to 2" BSP or NPT Thread or Flange DN50 (2"inch) to DN1000 (40" inch)

Pressure: 0.3 to 10 Bar, options to 16 bar.

BFR Pressure Reducing Valve.

BFR pilot operated pressure reducing valve can prevent pipeline breakage due to high pressure

The Pressure reducing valve can be installed in water supply pipeline and maintains the setting pressure in main valve outlet, regardless of the difference in the inlet pressure
This pressure reducing valve can be installed in water supply, air conditioning and fire control systems to maintain the setting pressure in the outlet.

BFL Pressure Relief Valve.

BFL pilot operated pressure relief valve is installed on the outlet pipe of water supply pipeline. It can maintain safe water supply pressure inside the pipe and prevent pipeline and equipment damage caused by accidental escalation in water pressure.

BFS Pressure Sustaining Valve.

BFS pilot operated pressure sustaining valve matches up with the minimum working pressure inside the tap water pipe, balancing up-stream and down-stream pressure and maintains constant pressure inside the pipe.

BFF Pilot Float Valve.

BFF pilot operated float valve uses a sub-valve (floating ball switch) to control the main valve

BFE pilot operated solenoid valve is installed on the pipe of water supply pipeline for electrical Open and Closed control via a solenoid valve external controller. Normally closed (Failsafe Closed) power to open, typically fitted with manual override or optional Normally Open power to close (failsafe open). Control voltages 12vDC, 24vDC, 48vDC, 125vDC and 220vDC, 12vAC, 24vAC, 48vAC, 110vAC, 220vAC, 240vAC and 380vAC protection IP65 safe area of ATEX EExmIIT4 and EExdIICT6 hazardous area protection.
